Lalitpur being one of them has faced both human and physical loss and damage. In the case of children, 2580 vulnerable children with 208 cases of separation of the children from their family were identified by the social worker of CWISH. Hence in the recovery phase, CWISH with the technical and financial support from UNICEF aims to ensure child protection and development of local level child protection mechanism to identify, prevent and response on child protection issues through Case Management and mobilization of the local level Child Protection committees. CWISH also has been working closely with DCWB, Lalitpur to properly follow up the cases of children that were identified as high risked cases among the identified vulnerable children and provide necessary support to them.
